I'm In A Full Blown T-Shirt Off With Conor McGregor's Head Coach

Yesterday afternoon, John Kavanagh (Conor McGregor’s head coach) tweeted out a picture of himself wearing a t-shirt with a picture of Dillon Danis wearing his t-shirt on it. T-shirt-ception, if you will.

Naturally, I had Intern Spider run to the nearest t-shirt printing shop to get a t-shirt made of Coach Kavanagh wearing his t-shirt of Dillon Danis wearing one of his t-shirts, as anyone in my position would.

So there I was, wearing a t-shirt of Coach Kavanagh wearing a t-shirt of Dillon Danis wearing his t-shirt, and it was all fun and games. The lads were crackin’, as they say across the pond. Laughs were had.

Haters doubted my commitment, accusing me disgustingly of photoshopping the image, something which I shut down very quickly…

And then this morning, I wake up to this tweet from Mr. Kavanagh…

Signifying that we’ve got a real ass t-shirt off on our hands here. Kenny Florian warned Coach that he didn’t know what he was getting into, but he didn’t seem phased by it.

In the words of Steve Rogers – CAPTAIN AMERICA – though…

So it’s a full on t-shirt off now. I’m sure Kavanagh has the greatest resources on earth and an army of underlings to get him any shirt in the world he wants made in 15 minutes or less, but I’ve got Intern Spider, and I’m confident on him keeping up our end of the deal.

Just a classic case of friendly competition among teammates we’ve got on our hands here, and I love it. I can’t get enough. Us lads are just jazzed up because it’s finally fightin’ szn again!

(Seriously though I think I’m actually failing upwards and somehow finagling my way into McGregor’s inner circle and it’s the coolest thing in the entire world.)
