Mayor Accuses Commissioner Of Anal Bleaching During Budget Meeting

Florida Man, meet Florida Mayor. He’s just like you but jacked up on the power of decision making for a small beach community.

This week that power went straight to Hallandale Beach Mayor Keith London’s head when he attempted to publicly burn Commissioner Anabelle Lima-Taub during a Monday night budget meeting. The weirdness began when London called the president of the local firefighter’s union “a simple mind” and Lima-Taub defended the fireman saying, “He has a college education. You don’t.” That’s when London made a B-line for the B-hole:

“Sphincter bleaching is a very up and coming business. Was it getting my sphincter bleached, is that what I earned my income for? No that would be you.”

I imagine this is one of those times a journalist can’t help but text their friends about the story they’re covering. According to the Tampa Bay Times:

Lima-Taub told the Miami Herald that she does not profit from bleaching her own anus. And whether or not she uses skin bleaching products — commonly applied by people with medical conditions causing hyper-pigmentation — would certainly not be anyone’s business but her own, she said. (For the record, her mom owns a spa that sells skin bleaching cream, but Lima-Taub said she doesn’t work there.)

This isn’t the first time the extremely Florida-steroetype mayor has made bizarre remarks:

A pony-tailed commissoner-turned-appointed-mayor, London has a history of inappropriate remarks. In 2017, he told Broward investigators that a fellow commissioner was a “migrant worker.” He wasn’t. Earlier this year, London was recorded asking a city employee if he “sucked d—” while in prison.

Wow.

In an interview with CBS Miami Lima-Taub said the sexually inappropriate comments that are tolerated during meetings speak volumes of the city. And clearly this beach between Fort Lauderdale & Miami is facing some stormy, wild seas.
