Joanna Jedrzejczyk Publicly Humiliates Reporter For Trying To Insult Conor McGregor Annnnnnd I've Found The Love Of My Life
Oh. My. Goodness. As Team McGregor’s Executive Director of Support, I know a good showing of support when I see one, and this, ladies and gentlemen, is a masterclass.
After a reporter tried to get former UFC Women’s Strawweight Champion Joanna Jedrzejczyk to give her prediction for UFC 229’s Khabib Nurmagomedov vs Conor McGregor (something she never does), he went low and asked, “What about the uhh…behavior of Conor?”
Oh…he’s one of those journalists. One of the instigators who is trying to drive a beautiful friendship apart for a cheap soundbite on alleged “behavioral” issues that Conor McGregor has been having in the build to this camp. One who believes that a monogamous man like Conor would ever in a million years throw a DOLLY, a handtruck, THROUGH the window of a bus with UFC fighters on it. Ridiculous. So, Joanna, like a true friend and loyal member of #TeamMcGregor, publicly shamed him for this.
“What do you wanna insult Conor McGregor right now? You wanna insult him? You wanna insult him? Come. Come here. Insult Conor McGregor in front of the camera.”
In walks this pansy lookin’ MF-er who “reports” on mixed martial arts despite looking like he’s never been in a fight in his life (couldn’t be me), literally wearing a sweater, to say, “Um…uhhhh…yeah, he’s a good fighter but not more. He really speak[s] more than-“ and before he can go on, Joanna decides she’s heard enough (we all have) and cuts him off.
“Okay…wasn’t he a champion in two different weight classes?”
OCTAGON BOB FACT CHECK: He was.
“Is he only talking or is he doing stuff?”, Joanna asks the buffoon. “Uh, no – he’s um doing-“
PAL, IT’S NOT YOUR TURN TO SPEAK. YOU HAD YOUR SHOT AND YOU SAID CONOR TALKS THE TALK BUT CAN’T WALK THE WALK. JOANNA’S SPEAKING NOW. Joanna, please, go on…
“Why do you say that he’s talking more than he’s doing?”
Then, as this dunce fumbles over his words more than Tito Ortiz with a few shots of tequila in him, Joanna fires a dagger.
“What do you want? Big media or small media? What is your dream?”
“To, um – to be the best…”, the reporter continues, at this point, the Mr Krabs meme on steroids.
“Ahhhh…to be the best.”
Now, this one has to be heard for full effect. The delivery with which Joanna said, “Ahhhh…to be the best.” was so disrespectful I gasped. I think his career is over now.
Thank you, Joanna, for reppin’ #TeamMcGregor loud and proud at all times, even if you *say* you support both fighters.
