Texas A&M Football Paid No Attention To The First Five Weeks Of The Season With This Massive Mistake

Listen, the Kentucky fan in me was hoping to see this. It was weird last week heading into the game where Will Muschamp told his players he’d cut them if they tried to talk shit about Benny Snell. It actually worked. Sure, South Carolina lost – the Gamecocks always lose to Kentucky. But, they held Benny Snell to 99 yards. That’s a win.

Saying Benny Snell ‘shouldn’t be a big deal for us’ and ‘I didn’t even know they were a top-15 team.’ Well, would be a real shame if Kentucky hears about this one.

But, it’s good to be back on hearing people talk shit. Kentucky is 5-0. Benny Snell has ran for 75 and 99 yards in two games. It’s not a coincidence these two games are the two that didn’t give him some feeder talk leading up to the game. Central Michigan, Florida and Mississippi State all ran their mouths before hand. In those games? 465 yards and 6 touchdowns.

At least Texas A&M head coach Jimbo Fisher is a bit smarter.

“(Snell) reminds me of the way Emmitt (Smith) used to run. Emmitt had all the big plays and all that, but Emmitt made yards on everything he did,” Fisher commented.

Oh, don’t know your opponent is a top-15 team? That seems like a bad plan though. May want to see what’s going on in your conference from time to time. That’s just me though.
