Louisville Athletics And Adidas Are Finally Using A Million Dollars The Correct Way And Not In Any Way The Funniest Way Possible

Louisville Introduces Chris Mack as Men's Basketball Coach

[Courier-Journal] - The University of Louisville announced Thursday that Adidas will donate $1 million to an initiative promoting ethical leadership in college athletics — one day after two men with professional ties to the company were convicted in a federal corruption case.

“We choose integrity first,” said U of L athletic director Vince Tyra, who personally contributed $100,000 to launch this project.

Hold on. This blog is going to be tough to write through the tears of laughter streaming down my face. Louisville is announcing they are building an ethical leadership in college athletics. LOUISVILLE!

I mean come on. It’s hard to come up with something that’s as hilarious as this, especially announcing it right after three guys were found guilty. Throw in Adidas and, hold on, yep, tears are flowing and I’m gasping for air because I can’t stop laughing.

It’s a good thing we’re seeing Louisville finally use its money responsibly though. Would be silly to pay players that can help you win. Just can’t wait to see how this one goes!
