The Rock Just Won Thanksgiving With This Instagram Post About Rusty The Horse

The absolute best. There’s nobody better at Instagram than Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson. Sure you can say John Mayer has a fantastic Instagram game, and he does, but there’s nothing quite like The Rock’s Instagram game. John Mayer does weird and thought-provoking stuff and meanwhile it’s just a pure joy to follow The Rock on Instagram. You never know what you’re gonna get with Dwayne but you know it’s gonna make you smile. Today is no different. Everybody is posting about hanging out with their families on Thanksgiving and how much food they’re gonna eat and blah blah blah. What is The Rock doing on Thanksgiving? He’s in London hanging out with Russell Crowe’s horse from GLADIATOR as well as ROBIN HOOD. Why? It doesn’t matter why, all that natters is that it’s happening.

I’ve never laughed harder at a caption. The whole thing is perfect. He starts it out with, “Good Thanksgiving hang with Rusty at the crib here in London” which immediately grabs your attention because it’s paired with The Rock, who is a literal giant, proudly sitting atop a horse. He then quickly runs through the horse’s IMDB credits while inexplicably using all capital letters. He then talks about how shitty it must be for the horse to have him sitting on top of him while taking a ricochet shot at Russell Crowe for being smaller than him. He ends it by saying he’s thankful for Rusty the horse and Rusty’s unpictured pal Rosey for hanging out with him on Thanksgiving. Where is The Rock’s family? Who knows.
