You know what? Let’s get super fucking weird with this coaching search. I mean we’re going to have a few months until this all gets figured out anyways. Why not throw Barack Obama’s name in the hat here. He’s got nothing else going on right now. Walton is also correct that his brother in law was a college head coach and even in the Pac-12, so he’s familiar with the conference. I say let’s run with it and really let’s just put Walton in charge of the search committee here. We don’t need anyone else involved. Let Walton make the calls and force Obama to say no here. You know you’ll immediately be the top story in sports. That’s a step in the right direction.
