Season and spice Swiss Steaks with a meat pounder than cover in flour and brown in frying pan with oil.

Place seared Swiss Steaks in Crockpot with flour, a packet of Onion Soup and Broth, option to add extra Beef Bouillon cubes, to make homemade gravy with steaks.

Cooking time four hours in Crockpot.

Cook for four hours add some Gravy Master and corn starch and water to get gravy to a smooth consistency in the last hour.
