I think former UFC Welterweight Champion Tyron Woodley may have the greatest mother of all time. She seems like the sweetest woman to walk the face of the earth. After her son choked the life outta Darren Till back in September, she waited for him backstage to tell him to keep his head up, and let him know that he’ll climb back to the top of the mountain in no time…

…and then on Saturday, after Kamaru Usman beat the absolute shit out of her son for five straight rounds, dominating him like few have ever been dominated before, she waiting for him backstage. She hugged him, as he cried and apologized, and told him that it’s okay. Said “It’s all good”. Said “It’s your turn, it ain’t his turn”. She made sure he knew to be encouraged from this victory, and told him to keep working, because they’re gonna come for him.

One of the craziest, and coolest moments I’ve ever seen in the sport, honestly. Surreal.

Oh, and if you needed any more reason to hate Colby Covington, he was in the crowd screaming at this woman during the fight. Screaming in her face while she was watching her son lose his championship. Fuck Colby Covington.
