Maisie Williams Thought Arya's Sex Scene Was a "Prank" By GoT Writers, NOPE!

Game Of Thrones star Maisie Williams initially thought her nude sex scene in Sunday night’s episode ‘was a prank’ when she first read the script.
The actress, 22, shocked fans when her character Arya got intimate with her lifelong friend Gendry (Joe Dempsie) in an unexpected twist in the latest installment of the HBO show.
Maisie has now admitted she thought the episode’s script contained a bogus scene when the intimate act was pointed out by her co-star and close friend Sophie Turner.
She told Entertainment Weekly: ‘At first, I thought it was a prank. I was like “Yo, good one”, and [the showrunners] were like “No, we haven’t done that this year.” Oh f***!’
The Doctor Who star explained showrunners David Benioff and Dan Weiss have played similar jokes on the cast in the past – and she was shocked to learn this wasn’t the case.
Uhhhh yeah, it was a joke. In fact for me it really might be as we share the same last name, so as far as I’m concerned it never happened. Arya is like everyone’s (totally bad ass) little sister and to see her get defiled by that idiot Gendry made everyone wanna puke. And when I say get defiled by Gendry I totally mean she was the one doing the defiling, because she’s a goddamn black widow. You think that little Pud Gendry could handle Arya? Not a chance in hell. To be honest I’m surprised she didn’t slit his throat and devour his flesh afterwords to just really prove her dominance to him after looking him dead in the eyes and whispering “a girl has no virginity”.
PS – on the topic of GoT sex, I don’t want, I need Brienne and Tormund to hit it. I don’t think I’ve ever needed anything more in my life. And you KNOW Brienne wants it. Awkwardly telling him “she’s glad he’s here helping out with the battle” or whatever she said. If not him then the Hound needs to. Brienne has to bang at least one of those two for the show to come to any reasonable conclusion.
