It Doesn't Get More Bron Bron Than Asking For Space & Security At Bronny's AAU Game Before Storming The Court To Flex And Hijacking The Team Bench

[Yahoo] – Nobody puts LeBron in the corner. They tried it Saturday, and it didn’t last long. The organizers of the Nike Elite Youth Basketball League tournament here meant well when they cleared out a corner by Court 8 in the sprawling Pacers Athletic Center. They wanted to give LeBron James, America’s foremost Little League Dad, some space to watch his 14-year-old son, Bronny, play for California-based Strive For Greatness against Michigan-Based Bates Fundamentals, led by top Class of 2022 prospect Emoni Bates.

Beefy security guys outfitted with earpieces and blue T-shirts set up two rows of chairs for the LeBrontourage. They shooed the media off the baseline. After a while he just stayed out there — sometimes on the court itself, sometimes on the sideline by the team bench.

Hold on let me get this straight. LeBron had six security guards, two rows of entourage seats and still hijacked the show? The same guy who said he didn’t want to put pressure on his kid so he felt bad about naming him LeBron Jr.?

So now he’s okay with storming the court and flexing? I’m sorry but in my AAU days when dads did that they got ejected and sometimes a technical was thrown out. What changed in the 16 years since my last AAU game? The last time I checked the rule book, nothing like that did.

It just doesn’t get more Bron Bron than this. Oh, someone hits a game-winning shot, let me be the first one on the court to flex and scream. So much for letting the kids celebrate, the attention has to go to me.

If you want space and security stay in your spot. Have someone tell you the score. It’s not that hard to keep mental score then. We do it every day whenever someone runs pickup. You sit there and just start counting. Just know the base of the score and go. But noooooo, LeBron has to get on the court. He has to overthrow a coach.
