The Patriots Got Me Ready To Run Through A Wall Before Tonight's Bruins-Blues Game 5
One of the coolest things about the Boston sports teams is the respect they have for each other (outside of that scum bag John Henry who tried to make Krafty’s rub and tug video be released to the public). Whether it’s Tom Brady joining Zdeno Chara for an Instagram pump up video or if it’s just the teams wearing each other’s gear, when there is a Boston team making a playoff run, you know they’ll have support from the big name professional athletes in Boston.
That was the case once again today at the Patriots practice as players on the Pats were repping Bruins gear ahead of tonight’s Game 5 Stanley Cup Final matchup. Pats players came out to practice in B’s hats, jerseys, and more as they walked onto the field for mini-camp today.
Of course, Julian Edelman stole the show wearing a no. 13 Bruins jersey out onto the field. For a brief moment I declared that Charlie Coyle would score a hattrick tonight after seeing this. I then found out Edelman was wearing a Dorsett Bruins jersey, not Coyle. Nonetheless, this still made me want to run through a wall.
You have the Super Bowl Champions and the best franchise sports has ever seen backing you…That is all the ammo you need. B’s by a million.
