It's Impossible To Be More Of A Hardo Than This AAU Dad

Hey man, just chill out! I would love to know what was going through this man’s head when he made the decision to charge an 11 year old boy because his son got fouled. What was the end game there I wonder. Run onto the court to shove that kid and then what? Impossible to not be more of an asshole than that guy in my humble opinion. How hard of a foul could there have been considering these are children, and if anything this has to just make things worse for his son. You have to let him settle whatever beef there may be on the floor, that’s Day 1 stuff. It’s a bit problematic if as a grown man you take it upon yourself to rush the court and beat up an 11 year old because he may or may not have thrown a cheap shot.

You know what they say, either man up or get off the court. Now every time this dude’s son goes into the lane I bet he gets fouled twice as hard with kids taunting him asking where his daddy is to save him. My question is what did the parents of this other kid do. You see this you have to throw down with that hardo Dad right? That’s the video I need to see. Let’s see how tough this dude is when a grown man is coming after him for being a gigantic dickhead and taking things a wayyy too far.

This also goes to show just how wild AAU basketball has become. One minute you have LeBron stepping in and coaching his son, and the next minute you have parents coming from the stands for a reverse Malice At The Palace. This is certainly a different look than what used to go down at the JCC (shoutout Bob Berman) back in my day, but granted it’s hard to get riled up over your son getting fouled when you just came from the best steam of your life.

Either way, let this be a lesson to any stoolie parents out there. When given the opportunity to potentially rush the court and fight 11 year olds, maybe ya know….don’t.
