Courts Say It’s Unconstitutional For Trump To Block People On Twitter. Wait What?

FoxNews – A federal appeals court ruled Tuesday that President Trump is not allowed to block people on Twitter over statements he does not like, affirming a lower court’s decision that declared the president’s account a “public forum.” In a Tuesday decision, the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals noted that because Trump uses Twitter to communicate with the public about his administration, and his account is open to the public for people to comment on his posts, it warrants constitutional free speech protection under the First Amendment.

First things first. Just hit em with the mute button Donny. Then you don’t have to ever hear from them again and they don’t even know it. They’ll be screaming at clouds the rest of their lives. That’s exactly what the mute button is for.

But besides this obvious solution this decision is pure insanity. How the hell can the 1st amendment be applied to blocking somebody on twitter? I mean if Freedom of Speech can be applied to Twitter can I sue twitter for banning me when I said I wanted to date Laura Wagner? Because I’m pretty sure that’s free speech too. And can people block Trump but he can’t block them back? That seems wildly unfair.

Bottom line is that you can’t have the courts or government coming in and regulating how a private company like Twitter works. If you don’t like it get off of twitter. Nobody is forcing anybody to use it. The block button is as much a part of twitter as the like button. You can’t have 85 year old judges who still have rotary phones making decisions on how social media works. Donny can block whoever her wants. It’s unconstitutional to say he can’t. I don’t care if you’re a Democrat or Republican this is a gross miscarriage of justice.

Ps – The thought of Trump just sitting at the Oval Office dropping Block Nukes on people is laugh out loud funny. And you know it drives the people he is blocking insane. Like head exploding type rage. They probably type out these long dissertations about Trump and how much he sucks and 2 seconds later they get hit with the block.
