Of Course Steve Kerr Rolls The Best Blunts In The NBA
Well this is the least surprising news of all time. God bless Swaggy P for going on the radio and dropping this knowledge, and I can’t say I’m all that shocked that a man who coaches in the Bay Area also happens to roll a solid blunt. The best blunt according to someone who I trust in evaluating such a skill. No chance Kerr settles for a blunt wrap or a Swisher either. If I’m to believe he rolls the best blunts then I need to see his work with a Dutch. I would imagine smoking with Steve Kerr would be pretty fucking cool, that’s a man that has some big time stories. Sit back, Kerr rolls a blunt and you get taken on a ride filled with vintage MJ stories, some Duncan nuggets, I’m sure there are some crazy Suns stories out there nobody has heard before too. Then there’s everything in Golden State. He’d probably spill the beans on all the Durant bullshit and what really went down. As you may know, Kerr has been pretty open about this topic in the past
and there’s a reason his players love him. We thought maybe it’s because of his system and how he allows them to do whatever they want on the floor, but in reality it’s just because he’s hooking everyone up with some properly rolled Ls. Think of how much you would love your boss if he did something like that for you. You’d be the best employee in the history of that company. This then got me thinking of who might be my top 5 in terms of which NBA coaches would roll the best blunts. After much thought and consideration, here’s where I netted out.
1. Steve Kerr
2. Luke Walton
3. David Fizdale
4. Erik Spoelstra
5. Nick Nurse

.
30. Brad Stevens
My reasoning boils down to this. Luke Walton has to be second because….he’s a Walton. No doubt he’s rolled his Dad a few blunts over the years. Fizdale is just a cool motherfucker with a smokin hot wife so that tells me that guy knows how to party and he definitely brings the heat. Erik Spoelstra lives in Miami so you tell me how he doesn’t make the list and Nick Nurse is a musician and it was either between him or Alvin Gentry so I went with the cool factor there as well. I feel like that’s a pretty solid list, of course if we were to open this up to all time you’d have guys like Stan Van Gundy, and the ultimate true GOAT Don Nelson.
Now not to get lost in all this was Swaggy P also saying his beef with D’Angelo Russell is still very much on. That feels like forever ago so credit to Swaggy P for having the stamina to still hold a grudge over that whole fiasco. It makes sense, he doesn’t really seem like the kind of guy that would let something like that slide and let bygones be bygones. I can understand still wanting to slap the shit out of D’Angelo Russell for that shit. Oh well, quotes like these though are why we love Swaggy P and why the league needs to find a way to get him on a roster. Hell the Warriors just cut Shaun Livingston, bring Swaggy P back and let’s watch the fireworks unfold.
Also quickly, how about this for Barstool Gold. Steve Kerr and Marshawn Lynch getting high as hell together. Better yet, get all the Oakland legends in a room. Have them compete as to who can roll the best blunt and then a part where they just gather around a table and tell stories. Filmed like the smoke sessions from That 70s Show. Think The Shop, only it wouldn’t suck. Did I just make Barstool Gold the biggest subscription service on the internet? Feels like I may have.
