I mean think about it. That Pelicans team with Rondo, Davis and Cousins was good. They won a playoff series without Cousins when he suffered that Achilles injury later in the season. But, Davis and Cousins really fit together and Rondo is a close friend of Cousins. I can’t imagine why the three of these are so close?

I’m not ruling out that Calipari wasn’t the one to organize the kidnapping. That’s what happens you’re the mob boss that is Kentucky basketball. He sent his guys in Rondo (not technically a Calipari guy, but he’s in the family) and Davis to save/kidnap Boogie. Get the band back together.

I want nothing more than Boogie to be dominant again. He deserves it. No one deserves to have their career cut short due to a freak injury. Think about it. Both of his recent injuries were because of him hustling. What a bad teammate. What a bad teammate he had to be kidnapped to join the Lakers by former teammates.
