There's A Massive Blackout In New York City Leaving Thousands Without Power, People Stranded In Elevators, Subways Being Evacuated, And Times Square Has Gone Dark

A quick blog from North of The Wall up here in Winterfell where we have nothing but glorious electricity. Tonight is outdoor movie night at the Casa de Clem. Lion King is our feature presentation which will be followed up with a whole lot of central air (not to brag) during bedtime without a care in the world about the Mole People potentially rising from the sewers as I sleep.

Meanwhile it looks like a good chunk of Manhattan has gone Amish due to someone fucking up somewhere on that crowded ass little island.

This blackout happened after the Golden Hour™, which means people were able to use their evil misogynistic air conditioners to stay cool during this cooker of a day. So hopefully it won’t get too hot in all the double digit floor shoeboxes that cost thousands of dollars in rent since everything cools down at night.

However, night is also when the super weirdos come out in New York to meet up with all the regular weirdos that spent the day crawling around that smelly concrete jungle. At least everyone is going to be in Snow Day Mode as well as Saturday Night Mode and be looking to drink/fuck if the blackout continues. Even the country bumpkins in Times Square are going to be getting after it as the jumbotrons look like something out of I Am Legend. The amount of children that are going to be born in 9 months because ConEd is INCOMPETENT is truly extraordinary.

As for the sorry sons of bitches stuck in an elevator or God forbid the subway right now that still have the will to live…

Also this is either a wild coincidence or someone is running a social experiment to see how much humans change with the advent of phones and the Disneyification of Times Square.
