Avatar/Avengers Fought To The Death And The Winner Was Zoe Saldana

Everyone, myself included, made a big deal about ‘Avengers: Endgame’ passing ‘Avatar’ to become the highest grossing movie of all time. The real winner of this monumental occasion, however, is not the Russo Brothers. It’s the motherfucking queen herself, Zoe Saldana. Since she plays Gamora in the MCU as well as Neytiri in ‘Avatar’, she is now in 3 of the top 5 grossing movies of all time (‘Avengers: Endgame’, ‘Avengers: Infinity War’, Avatar’). An those two roles aren’t the only blockbuster franchises she has been a part of. She was also in ‘Pirates of the Caribbean: Curse of the Black Pearl’ and all three movies in the Star Trek reboot.

According to BoxOfficeMojo, she’s made 31 movies and averaged $135,153,143! For reference, The Rock, arguably one of the most well known celebrities and biggest current action stars, averages $113,487,743. It just goes to show that if you get offered a role where you will have to spend 5 hours in a makeup chair before every shoot, maybe you should take it. Well, maybe not always…
