Dirk Got A Street Named After Him In Dallas So Rick Carlisle Showed Up Wearing The Same Suit And Tie From The Day The Mavs Won The NBA Finals

Fucking Dirk, man. The dude just cracks me up. Gotta be on the shortlist of pro athletes that you'd most want to just kick with for a day. Just a gigantic German dude with a filthy jumper that likes to drink beer. Don't know how you don't have a good time hanging out with him. 

So, as they should, there's now a street outside of the arena in Dallas named for Dirk. Feel like they should have went with Dirk instead of Nowitzki - people call him Dirk way more. So, yeah, awesome they have Nowitzki Way in Dallas now, but that's just half the story here.

The first being, how about Rick Carlisle? I love the move. Showing up in the same exact suit, hardly washed with the tie being in the same knot from the night they beat the Heat in the NBA Finals. You remember those Finals, right? 

The second story being Dirk couldn't wait to get off that lift. Between the wind, the height and the fact that he's again a 7 foot German, he couldn't wait to be done. Dude was so ready to just be drinking beers with Steve Nash again instead.
