Today's ZBT Guest Spent SIX YEARS As A POW In Vietnam And His Incredible Story Is Well Worth The Listen

On today's ZeroBlog30 (at 43:40 if you want to skip ahead to it) we have a guest with an incredible story and a unique perspective on isolation (huge understatement) and growing through difficult times:

Captain Charlie Plumb graduated from the Naval Academy at Annapolis and went on to be a fighter pilot flying the F-4 Phantom jet on 74 successful combat missions over Vietnam. On his 75th mission, with only five days before he was to return home, Plumb was shot down, captured, tortured, and imprisoned in an 8-by-8 foot cell. He spent the next 2,103 days as a Prisoner Of War in communist war prisons.

When he finally got home? He kept right on flying for the Navy and retired after 28 years of service.

He is humble, has a good sense of humor and was open to every question we asked. When this interview ended I walked away feeling like I'd acquired new nuggets of wisdom that I'll be keeping with me for a long, long time. If you'd like that same feeling check out the interview here:
