Trader Bill Deals The 23rd Pick of NFL Draft, Worth It ?

Belichick's first move in the 2020 NFL Draft? Trading back with the Chargers to make up some ground for not having a 2nd Round Pick. Is building more draft capital worth giving up a first round pick?  The data says, no. 

No one is able to evaluate talent like Bill Belichick, but it also seems like no one is able to whiff on a 2nd RD secondary player like Belichick (Tavon Wilson, Ras-I-Dowling, Jordan Richards)
