Fuck This Biker Whining About Cops Blocking A Bike Lane On the Longfellow Bridge

Bikers or cyclists or whatever they call themselves are probably my least favorite people in the world. They all think their superheroes in their little onesies saving the world one carbon emission at a time (I suppose technically they might be but shut up). When I’m going home every night I’ll watch them weave in and out of traffic and blow through red lights but they’ll be the first to tell you, “We have just as much a right to the road as you do!!!” Alright, fine. If you have the same rights on this road then follow the rules we have to follow. When the light is read you fucking stop. When there’s a cop in your lane you slow down and go around him. You think you’re the first person to ever have to deal with an on-duty officer blocking a lane of traffic in a construction zone? Happens every day, bud. Take a look around and when the coast is clear you go by him. Pretty simple. But no, cyclists (and, of course, especially cyclists from Cambridge) need to make a federal case out of everything. Need to record their entire ride on their GoPro and hope for the slightest inconvenience so they can bitch on social media to their bike clubs that they’re treated like second class citizens. You are! I have a motor and you don’t. I’m more powerful than you. This is my road. You want open lanes and blowjobs everywhere you ride? Stay in Cambridge. We don’t care about your kind over here.
