The Only Reason Fuhrer Goodell Named Himself The Arbitrator Was Because He Was Afraid What A Real Arbitrator Would Say About the NFL And the Wells Report

So as everybody knows Tom Brady appealed his ridiculous suspension yesterday. His agent, all of New England and everybody with a brain knew the suspension would be overturned by a neutral arbitrator. There is just no evidence to back any of this deflategate shit up in the first place. The report the Pats released today just reinforced how soft the Wells Report and the League’s case was.

So what did Roger Goodell do? He named himself the independent arbitrator. You literally can’t make this up. Who cares that the Missouri Supreme Court has already ruled that this is unconstitutional. You think Roger Goodell gives a fuck about the Constitution or due process? He’ll make every single state sue him before he gives in and even then he’ll probably just ignore the courts. I mean he’s already proven he’s above the law. He’s already trampled and made a mockery of the judicial system so why not just continue?

Listen I’ve said from Day 1 that Goodell is a dictator and that this whole thing is a witch hunt. This just proves. Goodell knows he has nothing. He knows any neutral arbitrator will toss this out in 2 seconds and lecture Goodell about what a moron he is. You don’t convict people on sports talk radio. You need real evidence and the league has none of it. Goodell knows this so he spit in the Supreme Court’s face and named himself Furher yet again. Sure Brady can sue him in MA to get a neutral arbitrator, but by the time the case is heard nobody will even be talking about Deflategate anymore and the damage will be done.

More importantly the only reason Goodell did this is so he could cut the suspension in half or get rid of it himself. He can say “See the League doesn’t hate the Patriots. Look I just reduced the suspension” Unfortunately guys like Felger and Mazz will eat this up and say it proves this wasn’t a witch hunt. But people will brains will see right through it. Goodell has no other choice here. It’s either let a neutral person rip him apart or it’s reduce the suspension yourself and put on a dog and pony show about how fair you are.

So no matter what Goodell rules (I’d bet my ass he reduces it significantly) him appointing himself proves what a sham this entire thing is. This was always about petty jealousy and trying to ruin the Patriots reputation. It was never about facts. Even if Goodell totally reverses the decision the public image hit is irreversible. What Tom Brady, Bill Belichick, Mr. Kraft, the ballboys and the fans all deserve is to have a truly impartial judge rip Roger Goodell and the league to shreds for this thing. To say what I’ve been saying for months. That the league needs to be investigated. That it’s a disgrace this thing got this far. Goodell knows that’s exactly what anybody with a brain would say and he’s too big of a coward to let that happen. This has been the plan from Day 1. Mike Kensil is sitting in a dark room drinking a scotch laughing to himself as we speak.
