Got an age-old classic for comic book fans here, wanna see what you guys think - could the whole Superman/Clark Kent dynamic ever work out in real life? 

Basically, by that I mean: could something as simple as a pair of glasses actually hide the identity of a devilishly handsome Kryptonian superhero walking among us, making them appear to be nothing more than a nerdy, squeamish, little reporter (sometimes labeled a snowflake/lib by rude internet commenters)? Even to those closest to them on a daily basis?
