Calvin Ridley Doesn't Take a Holiday From Shutting Down Your Awful Takes

It may be Christmas Eve, but Calvin Ridley isn't going to let his guard down to have people like Matthew Freedman spreading fake news like this to the masses. I don't give a damn if it's Christmas Eve, July 4th or any day you want, D. Moore is not better than Calvin Ridley.

Their numbers are pretty similar, but when people want to dog on Julio Jones, it's always about how he doesn't score touchdowns — despite the fact he's almost always double-teamed in the red zone. Yet when Ridley has 26 touchdowns to Moore's 10 in two fewer games, that's conveniently left out. But y'all do y'all.

I didn't want to get worked up on Christmas, but "DJ Moore is better than Calvin Ridley" has done it. Watch the games for me one time, Matthew. Moore is a fine young receiver who has the potential to be a great player in the NFL. He's also the No. 1 target on his team and has comparable numbers to a guy who is playing alongside one of the five greatest wideouts to ever play the game.

I simply won't stand for Ridley slander on the timeline and I'm glad he won't, either. That's my elite wide receiver.
