Okay so right off the bat, dick move for sure. But the video only shows one side of the story here. You don't go around taking Paul Bunyan hacks and snapping sticks in half for no reason at all. I'd put some money down on buddy in yellow fully deserving his Bauer Nexus 3N getting Thanos snapped if we roll the tape back a few minutes. Maybe he was running his mouth, maybe he gave the guy in black a quick cup check. Fact of the matter here is that there's no way he is fully absolved of guilt here.

Well that is where your hockey playing career has come to an end.
Rent is due in a week. You're already paying a few hundred dollars most likely for your league fees. The stock market is dead. And have you ever seen how much new sticks cost these days? At this point you have to just cut your losses and call it a career. Especially considering if you were dumb enough to push the league lunatic to break your stick like this once, chances are you'll be dumb enough to do it again. So are you really going to drop $200 on a new stick just to get that one hacked in half a few weeks later? Not a chance.
It was a good run. But all great things must come to an end at some point. And we just watched this man's beer league career take its final breath.
Sidenote: Incredible precision by Paul Bunyan here. Let's not just gloss over the fact that he hit straight stick here. That's how you know this dude had enough. He was so laser focused and fueled by rage. A little less rage here and he could have easily veered off course and chopped off that hand instead. Impressive control.
