Congratulations To 27-Year-Old Multi Millionaire Pete Davidson On Finally Moving Out Of His Mother's Basement
Source - Pete Davidson is officially leaving the nest... well in this case, his mom's basement.
In a video clip posted on TikTok, Pete is shown on a Zoom call where he struggles to get his keys out to open the door to his apartment before announcing, "I just moved out of my mom's house."
"I'm fully out. I got a pad," he added as he walked in and turned on the lights.
The 27-year-old comedian often jokes about his living situation on "SNL" and isn't shy about embarrassing himself throughout his own comedy skits.
First of all, I am insanely jealous that Pete got to live at home for as long as he did. I had the luxury of moving back to my parents for part of quarantine and it was a dream. Just being able to walk outside and not be in a city changes your entire outlook on life. No noise, no hustle and bustle, no homeless begging you for money- just an overall calm that you never realized you had growing up. That being said, I'm poor. So not spending a million dollars every day just to stay alive was as big an incentive for me to be at home as anything else. Which is why I have NO idea why Pete Davidson, an a-list multi-millionaire celebrity, was living at home for as long as he did. I mean the guy was dating Ariana Grande and Kate Beckinsale all while starring in a Judd Apatow directed movie. But hey, who am I to judge? To each their own. Besides, it's not like he was in a regular old basement apartment. Look at this thing...
Incredible. I'd be curious to see what his NYC apartment looks like. If I had to guess I'd say it's nicer than the most. Oh well. Congrats to Pete on the big move. Now here are some of his best moments. Enjoy…
