NFL Network's Daniel Jeremiah Critiques Billy Football's 2021 NFL Draft Quarterback Rankings

The 2021 NFL Draft is next week! With things getting underway in just 10 days, recurring guest Daniel Jeremiah joined the show once again to discuss all the action taking place in Cleveland ranging from quarterback rankings, who is rising and falling, and an overall draft preview. Speaking of QB rankings, our own Billy Football created a Big Board for the position. William Pigskin sent in his rankings and the guys broke it down with Jeremiah. Here is how that went down:

Mr. Cat: Alright, so let's do the quarterbacks. I want to hear what you have as your rankings. I want to first tell you our intern has his rankings, he played quarterback, not a big deal.

2. Kellen Mond

3. Justin Fields

4. Mac Jones

5. Kyle Trask

6. Sam Ehlinger

7. Trey Lance

8. Trevor Lawrence

Daniel Jeremiah: Yeah, no, I mean, I think he's got a tremendous future in talk radio. That's at least eight segments worth of material off of one list. I mean, that's genius.

Mr. Cat: His entire basis on Trevor Lawrence was that he was on such a good team that he never had to deal with things breaking down. Which, if you watch Trevor Lawrence, that's just not true, but that was his takeaway. 

Daniel Jeremiah: Again, I think he's created so many talking points, and so much content that can go on every platform. That's what a list is all about, that's what we're all trying to do, is get a talking point. He's accomplished that.

Well, you can't argue with the point Jeremiah brings up. Billy Football undoubtedly is going to make A LOT of people mad with that list. But that, in a way, is perfect journalism. Congrats, Billy.
