It's a tale as old as time. One of which I'm sure plenty of us are all too familiar with. 

It starts off when you get a little inspiration to finally get yourself into the gym and truly commit to your fitness. The first few days are going great. You're waking up early to go to the gym. You've got your supplements, your diet is locked in, you're feeling like maybe this is the time it finally sticks. 

A couple weeks go by and the diet starts to slip. You could only stay off the pizza and beer for so long. No worries, though, because you're still in your routine of working out damn near every day. You've become a regular in the gym. You know the staff by name and you're at the point where you realize if somebody is at the gym who typically isn't there at that time of the day. 

But after a while, you hit a wall. Sure, you're in the gym 5 days a week. But you're doing all the same 3x10 workouts you always do. Your body just got used to everything and now even though you work out a bunch, you're not seeing any more results. You're not fat as fuck or anything, but you're also not getting jacked like you thought you would. So what gives?
