We Now Have The Potential For A Real Life Schitt's Creek - You Can Buy An Entire Town In Tennessee For $725k

I'm honestly shocked it took this long for us to have our first Schitt's Creek sale. I know this place in Tennessee doesn't want it to be Schitt's Creek, but uh, maybe just take the money and deal with 'history' later. No one knows about this place. According to Google it's a little southwest of Nashville. Makes me think the Boys should buy it and let Will Compton control the little town. At the minimum someone should buy it just so they have a shorter ride into Nashville. Love that city.

I know $725k seems steep to most, but that feels cheap. Anyone with a little bit of money can buy that. Sure you gotta upgrade all the shit and build up the few buildings. But that's basically a month's rent in NYC. I still don't understand how people afford to live in that city. I love being there and miss living on the East coast … until I see cost of everything. I'll take my $4 beer and cheap housing. Call me simple, I'm simple.

But back to this. What's the end game if you're a regular ass person buying this? Just buying a town to say you own a town? I don't hate that move. That's a decent little line to have in your back pocket. I guess if you really hate being around other people and want to live in a random ass area? Just sell it to Hollywood and let's get the knockoff version of Schitt's Creek rolling already. We know it's going to happen, now it's just sitting right here for us. Just make sure Alexis Rose is in whatever is next for Schitt's Creek.

Honestly wouldn't hate if Dave bought this. We have the Sportsbook app in Tennessee. We have the Boys down there. Now imagine sending people who have only lived in the city down to this area and have to survive? Found the new Surviving Barstool area. Found a new blogging area. Just rotate people down there and see who can hack it in a fake town that we own. Even change the name, gotta happen now.
