Kourtney Kardashian And Travis Barker Are Officially Engaged

Source - Kourtney Kardashian is going to be walking down the aisle for the first time in her life -- and she'll be doing it with none other than Travis Barker ... who just popped the big question.

The Blink-182 drummer got on bended knee Sunday at a beachside hotel in Montecito -- where he pulled out all the stops before presenting her with an engagement ring and asking her to be his wife. Of course, she said yes ... and gave him a big smooch to celebrate.

I hate to be one of these guys who talks shit about celebrities because they're real people too. They have feelings. They have families. They have careers and they despite what people say, they deserve to be respected. Having said that, there's no way this lasts, right? I mean Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker?! Getting married after less than a year of dating? The same Kourtney Kardashian that refused to marry Scott Disick after ten years and three kids? None of it makes sense. I feel like they're too wrapped up in each others fame for them to have formed a real bond in such a short amount of time. Then again, what do I know? I'm just a blogger. 

I asked Rico (my new deskmate) what his take on the situation was and he said the following, "I feel bad for Kourtney because people stan Khloe." Regardless, don't be surprised if Kris fires up the old production crew to film the wedding. If there's one thing we've learned over the years it's that the Kardashian matriarch never misses an opportunity to cash in on her daughters' love interests. Best of luck to the happy couple in the future. They're going to need it.
