WILD Video Of A Wave Crashing Directly Through The Window Of A Passenger Ferry During The Middle Of A Storm

First of all, has anyone checked in on grandpa? Poor guy took the brunt of the impact and I'm starting to get concerned. And when I say "brunt of the impact" I mean literally the entire thing. Look at this shit...

And I'm being told this was on a river? Maybe I'm an idiot but those are ocean-sized waves.

From the Daily Mail…

This is the terrifying moment water crashed through the front windows of a ferry in rough waters, as Storm Ylenia battered Germany with 94mph winds.

Footage taken from inside the harbour ferry by a passenger shows the vessel being buffeted around as it sailed down the river Elba between Hamburg and Finkenwerder, before a huge wave breached it.

Frightened passengers were shown sitting at the front of the ferry directly in the path of the water when it smashed through the glass. At least three people appeared to be knocked out of their seats by the deluge.

Whoever okay'd that ferry to set sail needs to be thrown in jail. That said, the passengers aren't blameless. I mean what did they think was going to happen? They were sitting in front of a single-pane window on a rocking boat during the middle of a goddamn hurricane. I also love how not one person tried to help the old folks who got destroyed. Everyone just got up and ran to the back. Survival of the fittest, babes. Fingers crossed everyone made it out of there relatively unharmed.
