RIP To A True Legend In The Acting Game In The Great Paul Herman
Fuck. This is sad. Very, very, very sad. When you think of a guy that was truly a renaissance man that had roles in so many amazing movies and television shows a guy like Paul Herman should come to mind. This man was in Goodfellas, Casino, Sopranos, Entourage, American Hustle, The Irishman, Analyze That, Heat, and Silver Lining's Playbook among MANY others. I often say Billy Joel only writes hits and, frankly, I think Paul Herman was a man who only acted in absolute bangers. This man did not have time for anything else.
And not to mention this man was at his best in some of my favorite things ever. If you told me to to make a holy triumvirate of either 3 movies or television shows it would be, bar none, Sopranos, Goodfellas, and Entourage which Paul Herman DOMINATED as Henry's drug dealer, Beansie, and Marvin. So don't quote me on this, but is he the only actor to appear in all 3? Because I'm fairly positive he is. Legendary stuff only. RIP king.
