I've Never Been More Upset And Bewildered Than Seeing 'Wagon Wheel Belongs To Darius Rucker'

Pardon me for getting a little riled up on a Friday morning. Lost my golf league night last night on a tiebreaker and then saw this from KenJac. Also with it being a slow day, I felt the need to respond. Why? Because Wagon Wheel holds a special place in my heart. It's truly one of the greatest bar songs - especially if you attended Two Keys in Lexington, which is officially back.

There's something special about that place with the same guy playing his acoustic guitar out on the patio. Even more special is during Tennessee week and Wagon Wheel is played. You know what version is always played?

OLD CROW MEDICINE SHOW, KENJAC!

They have the perfect pause for a solid 'fuck Tennessee'. They have the perfect sound. Yes, I know Dylan wrote it, but this is an Old Crow Medicine Show song. Not even a debate.

I say this as a diehard Darius Rucker fan. The man is ridiculously talented. The stats speak for itself, but just not with this song. Shit, there could be like 10 other Darius Rucker songs over his version for the bracket:

The Final Four is simple for me - Mr. Brightside, Party in the USA, Call Me Maybe and Piano Man. Shit, there are a bunch of songs that belong to be on over Sweet Caroline, Livin on a Prayer and Don't Stop Believin (all on my do not playlist at my wedding, a must have if you're getting married). I'd like to add in Semi Charmed Life, Hold My Hand and Callin Baton Rouge.
