Devastating News: UConn Star Paige Bueckers Suffers Torn ACL, Out For Entire 2022-23 Season

Well, this just stinks. The best player in women's college basketball is now going to be sidelined for the upcoming season after tearing her left ACL during a pickup basketball game that took place on Monday. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time that the superstar player has had to deal with an injury. 

Back in December, the National Player of the Year had surgery on her left knee the first time after a win against Notre Dame. She managed to make it back to the court for the final stretch of the season, and led the Huskies to the National Championship Game.

Hopefully, the recovery process goes smoothly and Bueckers returns as one of, if not the top player in the sport once again soon.
