BREAKING: The Mets Are Calling Up #2 Prospect 3B Brett Baty To The Bigs

So the Baseball Gods decided to smite the Mets with the injury bug to both of their third basemen just as they were cutting through the NL East like hot butter. Not out of character for those heartless pricks, who seem to playing with the Mets like a kid with a magnifying glass plays with ants. 

However unlike past Mets seasons, they actually have a perfectly suitable replacement in the minors to stop those Baseball Gods from buttfucking them once again. That is if you consider these type of numbers and stats good for a 22-year-old to fill in for a banged up Eduardo Escobar and my sweet sweet Luis Guillorme.
