Brouhaha Between Austin FC And LAFC Starts With A Good Old Fashioned Cleat Stomp (And An Aggressive Flop)

A nice little kerfuffle here between Austin FC and LAFC. But this is about the debate. People will go crazy about the flop and it's an incredible embellishment. However. HOWEVAH, you ever get stomped on by a cleat? Shit hurts. It's a dirty ass move even if there wasn't perfect contact. Going for the Haynesworth stomp is a piece of shit move. Be a man and punch someone. At the minimum push someone. You can't go for a stomp. 

I know this is what people like to make fun of soccer for. I do want a full on brawl. Give me a good ass soccer brawl to change some attitude toward the sport. No more hold me backs. No more fake fights. No more dives. Just punch someone. Set it up, I don't care. But we need a big time brawl so we have something to point to.  I'm not saying we need Malice at the Palace, but we need something with a name like that. 

Back to this exact kerfuffle though. You know you're old and a changed man when Chiellini is the one taking it easy. Just giving everyone a solid 'hey, calm down!' like I do with my son at 7 in the morning as I try to blog. If he's not going to mix it up then the scuffle ain't worth it. The moment he jumps in, everyone jumps in.
