Michael Bublé (Yes, That Michael Bublé) Takes A Cheap Shot At Johnny Gaudreau

First off let me start by congratulating Michael Bublé on landing his first hit that isn't on a Christmas album. I'm not sure if the guy who is famous for songs you hear in the mall while you're doing that last minute gift shopping on December 23rd should be out here chirping anybody, but pests will be pests.

What I really don't understand here is the fact that Bublé is from BC. Pretty sure that should make him a Canucks fan. So why in the fricking heck would he care about Gaudreau getting out of Calgary as quickly as he could this summer? The Canucks have missed the playoffs the last 2 years in a row now. You'd think he'd be pumped about Hockey and Tkachuk getting out of there, but I guess pandering pays the bills.

At the end of the day, I think folks from Calgary just need to realize that nobody actually wants to live in Calgary. Johnny Gaudreau gave them 8 great years of his life, and now it was time to move on. He's got a family now, doesn't want to live in Canada anymore, and will have a good thing going in Columbus playing on a line with Jenner and Laine. Oh yeah, he's also making $9.75M per year so I think all of the above have more to do with Johnny wanting to move on from the Flames rather than just "not wanting to play where it's hard". What does that even mean?

Anyway, seems like everyone in Calgary is able to move on as well and certainly not being passive aggressive at all.

With all that being said, Bublé can sing the shit out of some Christmas tunes. Facts are facts.
