BOOM! Sydney Sweeney Is Going To Do A Michael Bay Movie

Following a competitive bidding war, Universal Pictures has landed the rights to Marcus Kliewer’s short story The Caretaker with Sydney Sweeney attached to star and produce. Michael Bay and Brad Fuller will also produce through their Platinum Dunes banner along with Scott Glassgold through his Ground Control banner. Sweeney is producing through her Fifty-Fifty Films banner with her partner Jonathan Davino. Karl Gajdusek is adapting the script.

Sydney Sweeny, who Nate will tell you is a struggling actress, has been getting cast in a lot of stuff recently. She's going to star in a Barbarella remake, the new Madame Web movie, and National Anthem. However, all that stuff can go to hell because we are about to see Michael Bay throw our queen through explosions, car chases and intense gunfights. Well, maybe....

The Caretaker tells the story of a young woman who accepts a caretaking job from Craigslist and quickly discovers her responsibilities have stakes far greater (and more dangerous) than she could have ever imagined.'

That isn't totally promising to be honest. However, I don't think Bay is capable of being involved in a movie that doesn't have at least a $10 million dollar pyrotechnics budget.

We actually interviewed her over COVID and she was awesome. She would write books featuring alternate and continued storylines for all the characters she played and refuses to let anyone see them out of nervousness. She also found out that Leo had watched Euphoria before she was casted in 'Once Upon a Time in Hollywood'.
