Sooo What Do We Think Is Going Through Fernando Tatis Jr.'s Head As The Padres Are Headed To The NLCS?

It's the question people are talking about....what the hell do you think Fernando Tatis Jr. is doing right now while watching his teammates make a run to the NLCS? We know why he isn't there, the broken wrist from multiple motorcycle accidents and then the positive PED test which it seems like he lied through his teeth about. The players were pissed, ownership was pissed, and the fans are pissed.

But all the credit in the world to the Padres, they had a MASSIVE distraction all season long and threw it to the side. Didn't let it get to them that their $340 Million PED positive shortstop is likely sitting at home watching every game. I mean think about that, if heading into the season someone would tell you "hey the Padres aren't going to get a single at-bat from Tatis Jr. all season and they're going to beat the 111 win Dodgers to get to the NLCS" you'd have had me drug tested.

I mean he had to have seen the clips of Manny Machado pouring beer all over himself, guys going nuts, the entire ballpark losing it and he's just.....sitting at home.

It's got to be a weird situation for Tatis. Is he happy the Padres are doing well without him? I feel like your natural feeling would be to not want your team to do too well without you so you can prove that they need you. Maybe the Padres don't need Fernando?

Regardless, he's sitting like Sting in the rafters somewhere watching his team celebrate and having the time of their lives knocking out a division rival and the only reason he isn't out there is because he made some awfully selfish decisions. Kind of sucks to suck dude. And just say the Padres go on to win it all. Does the team vote for him to get a ring? Who knows, they were pretty pissed at how his suspension went down.

It's weird too because Tatis hasn't acknowledged the Padres postseason run at all. Nothing on Twitter, nothing on Instagram, just radio silence. Very bizarre situation they have here and who knows how he and his teammates feel about it. Got to wonder what is going through his head.
