Bad News Fellas... The Hottest Halloween Costume This Year Is Sydney Sweeny's Oklahoma Outfit

NY Post - Big boobs, big hair and a baby-blue dress were the questionable combo that started “Euphoria” star Sydney Sweeney’s accidentally sexy “Oklahoma!” scene trending.

Now, Gen Z fashionistas are appropriating the 25-year-old Emmy nominee’s goofed-on getup for Halloween — and going viral themselves, with one earning more than 100,000 views on TikTok.

“When I saw the look, I was like, ‘OK, I have to wear this!’ ” content creator Kylie Stephens, 19, from Austin, Texas, told The Post. “The look is just so iconic.”

Under the TikTok hashtag #CassieHalloweenCostume, which has racked up more than 11,800 imprints, glam gals are showing off their stylish takes on the fashion faux pas made on the HBO Max show by Sweeney’s character, high-strung high schooler Cassie Howard, in a misguided effort to impress.  

In the standout scene, Cassie dons a blue, flowery midi-dress beneath a white-and-blue gingham crop top, pairing the démodé duds with a pair of lace-up boots. Her snarky friends tease her for dressing like she’s auditioning for “Oklahoma!,” the legendary Rodgers & Hammerstein musical.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news out there on the big Friday heading into Halloween weekend. 

But fellas, it appears we're about to be bombarded with lots of cleavage, teased hair, short skirts, and cowboy boots this weekend.

I know.

Enough is enough. When does it end? 

And it's all thanks to that fox Sydney Sweeney and her outfit in her show Euphoria's third episode in the second season, where she was accused of dressing up like she was trying out for the play Oklahoma!. 

Now, every chick on the planet got the memo that this is what's going to turn all the heads this weekend, get the guys talking, and more importantly, get the other girls (who they're in a never-ending competition with, trying to impress even more) talking.

They're pulling off other outfits of her's too apparently.

(Sidebar - Mind you, this is not the first time Sydney Sweeney has pulled off the cowgirl look to perfection.)

It looks like we're just going to have to bite our lips, grin, and bear it. 

I know, when does the sacrifice end? 

I wish I had an answer. Just stay strong and make it through to November 1st. Halloween is only being celebrated 4 nights this year since it falls on Monday. 

Maybe next year we'll get our wish that girls go the Lohan route from Mean Girls instead of the sluttiest costumes they can conjure up. #staystrong
