The 'Delivery Guy' On Duquesne's Court Last Night Was A YouTube Prank, So Here's An Apology Blog To Remind You The Internet Doesn't Suck

There's the video that had everyone tweeting last night. It *looked* real and believable because, well, it's Duquesne. Not that hard to get into Duquesne's arena. Plus if you're a delivery guy I'm convinced you can get into any building in the world. No questions asked.

But hand up. I was JMac'd. The internet was JMac'd. I saw our tweet picking up likes. I saw Keith Dambrot (the head coach) make a statement calling him a delivery driver. I saw people tweet from the arena about it. Whatever, weird shit happens. I was JMac'd.

It, of course, was fake.

This is everything that sucks about the Internet today. I miss Internet 1.0. I miss ebaumsworld. I miss when Jackass broke though. I miss actual funny shit. Now, sure, this would have been hilarious if true. But now it just sucks. I'm glad no one has said this guy's name so he can't get views on his YouTube page. Looking back on it, I wish someone just laid him out on the court.

So here's an apology blog. I'm gonna try my best to get back in some good graces here

Just kidding … here are some gifs and pictures
