CNN Is Releasing A Documentary On What Happened To HQ Trivia And It Looks Incredible
I gotta give credit where it's due: CNN will finally have a program on its airwaves people want to watch for the first time in a number of years. This looks awesome. I don't know that I would have thought about HQ Trivia again for the rest of my life if I didn't see this come across my TikTok feed, but now I want to know all the tea.
There was a three-month stretch where HQ Trivia was the biggest event in America every night. I won $5 or so one time — I honestly don't remember if I ever even got it — and it felt like it was one of the biggest accomplishments of my life. Then one day, the game just didn't exist anymore. I need to know what went down behind the scenes.
And it seems like there's some even more drama that's not included in the documentary, because Sarah Pribis, an additional host of the show, posted this response to the trailer:
Hell, I'm down for Sarah to make her own documentary in response. I'll watch as many HQ Trivia documentaries as y'all want to put out.
Give us the truth!
