YouTuber Whistlin Diesel Bought A $400,000 Ferrari And Destroyed It For His Viewers
I knew YouTube money was crazy, but I didn't know it was buy a really expensive car just to destroy it and probably get sued crazy. Didn't think there was anyone out there that would do such a thing on purpose.
Ferrari is one of the couple car companies that will pretty much sue you for any modification you do to their vehicles. So I don't think they're going to be very happy with an F8 Tributo getting wrecked in front of millions of viewers. It'll be interesting as to what Ferrari decides to do in response to this. After doing some research, I noticed that this guy is known for wreckage to tons of expensive products and vehicles including a video series on the durability of a Mercedes G-Wagon.
At the end of the day, I think this guy just likes to have a lot of fun and has the money/audience to do it. When you're in the clicks business, trashing a beloved car definitely sells. Whether you like it or hate it, you're clicking. At the end of the day the biggest winner is whoever invented this Car Capsule thing that easily just got the best free advertisement of all time.
