HISTORYYYYY!!! David Pastrnak scored his 50th (and 51st) goal tonight vs. Carolina and is officially the team's first 50 goal scorer since Cam Neely in '94.

Pasta's 50th of the year marked his first ever 50 goal campaign, he reached 600 career points (3rd fastest in team history) and set a new career high in points with 96. He's also just the sixth player in Bruins history to hit the 50 goal mark, joining the likes of Phil Esposito, John Bucyk, Ken Hodge, Rick Middleton and Cam Neely. Pretty deeeecent company right there. In what has already been a special season, you love to see 88 finally hit 50… AND WE'RE ALREADY ON TO 60.

The Bruins just completed their 7th straight win, their 27th road win of the year (new franchise record), earned their 57th win of the year, tying the single season record. Oh and they were without Patrice Bergeron, Brad Marchand and Hampus Lindholm… ABSOLUTELY BUZZING.

The Hurricanes pushed in the 3rd, B's could've easily packed it in without their key cogs and on the 2nd night of a back to back but they gutted it out. Big ups to Jeremy Swayman (20th win for him this season) who made some big saves.

Charlie Coyle and Jake DeBrusk both score in the SO and that's all she wrote.

FINAL: BOS 4, CAR 3 (SO)

It was a great night to win a hockey game.
