This is the definition of pre-2021 Just Atlanta Bullshit — the Hawks and Falcons are still subject to JAB occurrences with no qualifier but I now spare the Braves from being part of this narrative.

I held out the slightest bit of hope up to this moment that the Hawks would come back in this game and make a series out of their first round matchup with the Celtics, but the series ended as soon as those stray bits of confetti made their way down from the State Farm Arena rafters. This thing will be over in five games and the time the confetti guy got trigger happy in the first damn quarter with the Hawks down double-digits will be a footnote in the annals of Just Atlanta Bullshit history.
