During Her Darkest Times Livvy Dunne Says She Got Some Helpful Advice From One Of The Best In The Business, Paige Spiranac

Yesterday Dante covered the major world news that LSU's Livvy Dunne is set to appear in this year's SI Swimsuit edition. It was the kind of morale boost we all needed around here.

What also came with that announcement was an article from SI interviewing Dunne about her rise to fame. In that she talked about the controversial NY Times article from late last year. You know, the one where they disguised being friendly only to write a hit piece built around Stanford Basketball's Tara VanDerveer's take that Livvy's business is a step back for women. What a fucking scum of the Earth move that was, huh?

Well, Dunne revealed that in those dark, uncertain times she sought out advice from a familiar face on these grounds, the one and only Paige Spiranac.

“The biggest thing I’ve learned so far is that you need to make sure to keep certain parts of your life private,” says Dunne regarding her rapid ascent into the spotlight. “Some things you don’t want the whole world knowing, so [you have to] keep certain parts of your life private.”

"Paige is just so great at showing that you can be beautiful and athletic and successful at the same time, so it just really is awesome to have someone like her stand up for me and be on my side,” Dunne said.

“That’s something that [she] kind of helped me with … just keeping certain parts of your life private,” Dunne said. “Making sure not to post certain things that maybe you don’t want people’s feedback on.”

Livvy Dunne going to Paige for advice feels like LeBron going to the Heat to get help from D-Wade. Paige is one of the best in the business when it comes to dealing with trolls and she clearly handles her fame very well. Any advice she has for Dunne surely is invaluable.

Well what did that advice amount to? Livvy Dunne's stock has never been higher. She's on a rocket ship headed straight to the moon. Dunne is on one of the greater heaters the world has ever seen, with no end in sight.

All I know is that the world would be in a better place if we get more Dunne-Spiranac team ups moving forward. Our country needs that. Let's be great together.
