Scientists Develop New Technology That Allows Them To Produce Energy From Thin Air

This is an incredible discovery if these scientists can make it work. No more fossil fuels. No more arguments about nuclear. No more running out of cell phone battery ever. Maybe no more batteries ever. Just walking around plugging your phone into the atmosphere. 

My objection is around the idea that this is a "new" discovery. 

Tesla was trying to do this 100 years ago and the Egyptians might have done it 12000 years ago (or longer). 

This is probably my favorite dogwalk topic ever. The Great Pyramid Of Giza might just have been a power plant all along.
