Deshaun Watson's Mini Camp Stat Line: 10 Red Zone Plays, 9 Touchdowns, 0 Incompletions. Carry On

Numbers. Never. Lie.

I'm not going to sit here and try and influence you all in any type of way. I'm going to simply give you Deshaun's stat line from yesterday's mini camp, and you can interpret it however you want to fit your narrative that you've already created about him and the Browns. But let's not forget that the undisputed greatest QB of all time's best stat line was 29 for 34, 380 yards, and 6 touchdowns against the Titans in Gillette Stadium back in 2009. I'd be a moron to not acknowledge that's a good game, but I'd also be covering up the truth to not mention that he had 5 incompletions that day. Deshaun had ZERO yesterday.

6/6/23: Deshaun Watson - 10 plays, 0 incompletions, and 9 touchdowns at Browns minicamp in the Red Zone session

I don't care that it's mini camp; it's still football and the other side of the ball were professionals, too.  That is a historic day and should not only be applauded, it should be preserved. Put his shoes in Canton?

And to the untrained eyes out there that will say undoubtedly and incorrectly remark on a poor defense or easy dump off passes, watch this video and tell me he wasn't threading the needle down the field:

And it wasn't like he was just finding one dominate guy. He was spreading the wealth.

Found his new toy, Elijah Moore, as well.

The reviews coming out of camp yesterday were unlike anything I've ever read.

"best Deshaun Watson has ever looked (on the practice field)". Oh my lord I'm about to bust.
