BBC Newscaster Huw Edwards Has Been Accused Of Asking A 17 Year Old For Nudes In Exchange For $10,000

I'm over in London and last night as I was trying to sleep, I threw on the news for some background noise. Cut to 3 hours later, I was COMPLETELY captivated by it. British news is the greatest of all time. It's INCREDIBLY dramatic, and I have no idea what's actually going on. GB News dubs itself "The People's Channel" and I truly can't believe some of the things they are allowed to say on air. Plenty of people despise this guy above ^, Dan Wootton, and I have no idea what side of the aisle anyone falls on but it's electric.

From what I gather, Huw Edwards works for the BBC and is beloved. The Sun apparently wrote about the fact he tried to pay a 17 year old drug addict 10 thousand dollars for nude photos, and it's still unclear as to whether or not this is 100% true. Now, he's headed to the hospital for his mental health (another HUGE topic on British news. Everyone mentions mental health every 5 minutes.) It's giving Matt Lauer Lite vibes which is what piqued my interest. Browsing Twitter today, people are all over the map:

Is this another botch job by the British media?

Who knows what's really happening but I'm thankful to have gotten a taste of all this while I'm here. I also caught some shit talk about Harry and Meghan, the panel is in agreement that after their "snub" at the Emmys for their documentary, and losing their Spotify deal, it's all over for them.
